Register for Zoological Society Summer Camps
Sponsored by Penzeys Spices

Are you looking for something fun and educational for your child to “zoo” this summer? If so, register him or her for Zoological Society of Milwaukee (ZSM) Summer Camps at the Milwaukee County Zoo, sponsored by Penzeys Spices. Zoological Society day and family camps cater to children ages 2-14; they run from June through August. “Zoo Camps are so much more than just another ‘summer camp,’” says MaryLynn Conter-Strack, enrichment program coordinator for the ZSM. “They are fun and keep children’s minds active during the long summer break. A 3-year-old can gain confidence and social skills; an 8-year-old will be prepared for excelling at science classes when school starts.”

With 34 camps to choose from, children of all ages will find something to satisfy or inspire their curiosity about the natural world—and more! Young children can learn about frogs, hippos, fish, rainforests, polar bears, lions and art. Older children can act like a zookeeper for a day, learn what it’s like to be a zoo veterinarian, and explore other zoo- and science-related careers.

Register now because ZSM Summer Camps fill fast. For online registration, go to zoosociety.org/Education/SummerCamps or call (414) 258-5058
