Celebrating 10 Years for the Birds: How the Zoological Society has helped migratory and resident birds through BWB-ASF
In 1996 the Zoological Society of Milwaukee (ZSM) started an international project to help migratory birds that fly between Wisconsin and the Central American country of Belize. Many private landowners in Wisconsin allowed the Birds Without Borders-Aves Sin Fronteras® project to conduct research on their land. The 10th anniversary of the project is celebrated in Mequon, Wis.
