Fall Education Adventures at the Zoo

Throughout the year, the Zoological Society of Milwaukee's Conservation Education staff, with assistance from Zoo Pride volunteers, provides enriching animal science classes for children ages 2 through 13. Classes include animal information, hands-on learning and Zoo tours. Zoological Society members receive priority registration and fee discounts.

Thinking about trying a class or camp?

Click on the video below to learn about programs for children ages 2-5 from two moms whose kids have participated in many of our classes. These moms volunteered their time to share their experiences with you and to let you know why they keep coming back to our classes.

Are parents satisfied with their child’s experience? Most definitely – approximately 60% of our child participants took two or more classes this past year; 38% took three or more.

As usual, Zoological Society members registering online get priority over later mail and phone registrations.

Registering by mail:

• Check our Web site for class availability.
• Download, print out and complete the registration form.
• Children must be the required age by the date of the class.
• Be sure to Include your first, second, third, fourth and fifth  choices on the registration form. If none of your choices are available, we will place you on a waiting list if you check the box on the registration form and include your e-mail address.
• Include your Zoological Society member number, credit card number & expiration date and mail to:
