Springtime is near. Soon enough the snow will be melted, winter jackets will be stuffed back into closets, shovels stored away, the sun will shine bright in the sky and the grass will be green again. At the Milwaukee County Zoo, it’ll be a perfect time to hop on over with your family to enjoy Easter festivities on Egg Day. Kids can meet the Easter Bunny and participate in the egg scavenger hunt at the Lake Evinrude Deck. Throughout the day, visit the Stearns Family Apes of Africa building to get your face painted with a bunny nose and whiskers. At 2 p.m., take part in the parade, which begins at the Northwestern Mutual Family Farm. Make it a hoppy day.
