Exclusive early admission – preview the beer and food samples first!  Doors open at 6 p.m. for VIP ticket holders. A 250-person limit. VIP ticket holders will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a behind-the-scenes tour at the Zoo.

Zoo BrewMake a toast to the animals while sampling craft beers by a variety of breweries and delicious snacks at our second annual beer tasting event.

The event will include:

  • Brews: Samples of beers from 18 different breweries
    (Ale Asylum, Big Bay Brewing Company, Blue Moon Brewing Company, The Boston Beer Company, Capital Brewery, Horny Goat Brewing Company, Huber Brewing Company, Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company, Lakefront Brewery, Mark Anthony Group/Mike’s Hard Lemonade & Calypso Bar, MillerCoors, Pabst Brewing Company, Rhinelander Brewing Company, Rock Bottom Brewery, Sprecher Brewery, Stevens Point Brewery, Summit Brewing Company, West Bend Lithia Beer Company, Woodman Brewery)
  • Eats: Samples of specialty foods from area businesses
    (Alterra Coffee Roasters, Cabot Cheese, East Shore Specialty Foods, Fuddruckers, Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, Larry’s Market, The Melting Pot, Molly Cool’s Seafood Tavern, Saz’s Catering & Special Events, Inc., Three Monkeys Cakes & more)
  • Beasts: Animal sightings! 
    The Milwaukee County Zoo’s Florence Mila Borchert Big Cat Country will be open for animal viewing. (Event will also be held in the Zoo’s U.S. Bank Gathering Place and Peck Welcome Center.)

  • Chats: A chance to talk to beer experts.

Online reservations will be accepted through Oct. 26, 2011 and walk-ins will be accepted, unless the event fills prior to that date. Your ticket(s) will be mailed to you. Orders after Oct. 20, 2011 will be available for pick-up at the will call window the night of the event. Your fee, less $25, is tax-deductible; 5.6% WI sales tax included

You must be 21 years of age to attend and show your photo I.D. at the door.
