Let Us Eat Cake!

The Zoological Society of Milwaukee’s Centennial Cake-Decorating Contest.

Debbie Pagel (right) of Eat Cake Milwaukee donated her award-winning hippo cake to Zoological Society supporters Bob Dohmen and Shannon Buending. The Dohmen Family Foundation funded a 2009 addition to the Zoo’s indoor hippo area. The enclosure allowed the Zoo to bring Happy the hippo from the National Zoo in Washington, D.C., to Milwaukee in September 2009.
