Snooze at the Zoo
Online Registration Tutorial
Below you'll find the basic steps involved in completing the online registration for Snooze at the Zoo. We hope you'll find this information helpful so when it comes time to register, you will feel comfortable and find the pages familiar.
Security Check
The first page that you will encounter will be a "security check" page. Here you will see an image with eight random characters. You will need to type the characters that you see into the box provided to continue. This step is in place to block malicious computer programs from taking available registration openings.
If you are having trouble reading the image, you may reload or refresh the page and a new set of letters will appear.
Date Selection
Now you will select which date you would like to attend Snooze at the Zoo. You will be able to see which dates still have availability. You may only register one additional family. When registering two families at the same time, we will do our best to place you in adjoining campsites.
NOTE: During member-only registration, you will select your date after the next step of logging in as a member.
Member / Non-member
Because there are member and non-member rates, you are now required to log in as a member or chose to continue your registration as a non-member. If you recently purchased a Zoo Pass online or over the phone (and provided your e-mail address), you may use information from your temporary Zoo Pass that was e-mailed to you in order to log in. The information you will need from this e-mail will be your e-mail address and the transaction ID.
NOTE: during member-only registration, you will need to login as a member before you select your desired date from above.
Your Information
You are now required to enter in your contact information. If you are registering as a member, your member information will automatically be entered, and you may continue to the next step.
Your Group
Here you specify how many people will be accompanying you. You'll specify the number of adults, the number of children (ages 3 - 12), and the number of children that are 2 and younger.
T-shirt Sizes
On this page, you will be required to enter your desired t-shirt sizes and order extra meal tickets for any children 2 and younger. You may also specify any comments or special needs that you may have.
Payment Submission
The last step is to review your registration information and submit your payment. Please review your registration carefully. If you have any changes, you may click on one of the steps at the top to edit that information. Once you have successfully submitted your payment information, you will see a payment success screen and within a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
NOTE: If you have any changes after you've registered - t-shirt sizes, number in group, etc. - you will need to call our office at 414-258-2333.

Registration Time-Out If you remain idle on a single step of the registration process for longer than 20 minutes (for example, you are at the Your Information page and you go make yourself a sandwich), your registration will expire and you will be required to begin the registration process, including checking for availability, all over again. |
