Playing for birdie takes on a whole new meaning during this fundraiser for the Zoological Society of Milwaukee. The Zoological Society’s annual Birdies & Eagles ity golf tournament is held at the Ozaukee Country Club. Green Bay Packers Hall of Famer LeRoy Butler will join golfers on the course. The inventor of the Lambeau Leap will interact with golfers as they challenge him to a putting contest.

Around 140 golfers will compete for bragging rights while helping a good cause. The day includes lunch and dinner in addition to refreshments throughout the day. Plus, there will be course events, raffles and a silent auction. Last year’s event raised more than $83,000 for the Zoological Society and its support of the Milwaukee County Zoo.
