Help the Zoological Society Raise Funds

You can help the Zoological Society raise funds by donating goods, services, or experiences to feature in our event silent auctions and raffles. Annually, on average, auctions raise over $140,000 for the Zoological Society!

All proceeds help us fulfill our nonprofit mission to conserve wildlife and endangered species, educate people about the importance of wildlife and the environment, and support the Milwaukee County Zoo. You can take pride in knowing your donation has a direct effect on both the Milwaukee County Zoo and surrounding communities.

When you donate, you are not only helping the Zoological Society to raise funds, you’re also adding something special and memorable to an event and promoting your business to a very diverse audience.

We recognize our donors in many ways at events including logo recognition in printed programs, placement on our online and mobile bidding sites, or on signage at the event. Recognition varies by event.

ZSM Fundraising Events

We offer a wide variety of fundraisers that include auction and raffle events. From high profile, black-tie soirees to family fun days, we reach a number of demographics that will help put your business in the spotlight!

Puttin’ on the Ritz

The Zoological Society’s annual boxing fundraiser is held at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. The event features fine dining, amateur boxing, auctions, raffles, and more.

Birdies & Eagles Golf Tournament

The Zoological Society’s annual golf fundraiser is held at the Ozaukee Country Club with a shotgun start at noon. The event includes raffles and a silent auction as part of the day’s activities.

Zoo Ball

The Zoological Society’s annual gala is its largest fundraising event of the year. The evening includes cocktails, gourmet dining, and dancing. The event’s extensive auction features prizes such as dining experiences, travel packages, sporting event tickets, spa specials, and much more.

Zoo Brew

The Zoological Society hosts an annual beer tasting event. Sample new brews, try new foods and meet new people while visiting various locations inside the Milwaukee County Zoo. Must be 21 or older to attend.
