World Languages Day at the Zoo

Join us for World Languages Day at the Milwaukee County Zoo on Friday, Feb. 23, 2024! Upper-level students will showcase their language skills by presenting in the language they are studying and interpreting animal exhibits throughout the Zoo. This event is tailored for school field trips and homeschool students eager to practice their language abilities. Participating students will receive a “passport” to be stamped after each presentation.*

Thank you to everyone who has registered to present. We have received so much interest, and we are already at capacity for presenters! We will have presentations in Spanish, German and French this year!

If you missed the opportunity to register as a presenter, you may still come as an attendee and enjoy! Or, you may email Isabelle Bieser at isabelleb@zoosociety.org to be added to a waitlist. Isabelle will confirm Jan. 5 if there is availability.

Get ready for World Languages Day by downloading and printing your passport in advance!
